Our Vision for The Coaching Village is to create a ``Village`` of like-minded Parent Coaches who come together and offer our unique talents to the community of parents across the globe who need our expertise and guidance.

What the Coaching Village asks of you:
Coaches requirements
- Graduate of accredited coaching program, such as ICF
- Specialize in Parent, Family, and/or Children coaching
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work and collaborate with other coaches
- Have access to software and equipment needed to lead groups and workshops
- Zoom
- Computer Camera
- Microphone
- Quiet Environment
- Possess a desire to build and be an active participant in our Village
Coaches roles as a part of The Coaching Village:
- Facilitate at least 1 support group per week
- Lead at least 1 workshop per quarter
- Independent Contractor
- Attend monthly Coaching Staff meetings
- Actively promote the Village through your network
